Only a Redneck would know...I still have a couple jars of BBJ's D^mn Hot Road Kill Salsa from the Vegas party of '01 and the other day I got to wantin' some when I noticed that one looks kinda green. Can I assume that's just what road kill does when it get ripe and it's good to go?
