LOL...hey, Schaffer is making a comeback....but Rheingold is huge now in NYC...even brought back the Miss Rheingold contest...(ok, hot bartenders from the bars serving that beer)
There is one official beer garden in NYC that is for real...the Bohemian Beer Hall in my neighborhood of Astoria Queens...there were hundreds, this is it...owned and run by the Czechs, with awesomely good beer on tap...unfortunately no Pabst....but all summer long a huge area w/picnic tables filled with hot babes drinking beer and eating kilbasa and burgers...ok, groups of drunken dudes too...
