Wow Nonnie, you are a mine of information. Thankyou so much. I'm looking up all the places you have mentioned. As I've said above though, I'm not sure we should spend what it takes to stay in Manhatten, although that is definatly what I'd dearly love to do.
We have just rented a cottage on Cape Cod for the few days following.
Sooooooo exciting.
In NYC, I'd like to shop at Macy's, see the Statue of Liberty, see Time Square and take a horse & buggy ride around central Park !!!!!
Of course that's just me - there are 3 other people to consider so I know we will be busy busy !!
I'll be sure to write down your restaurant recommendations too.
