The only advice I can give you and the only thing that works perfectly is for you to almost cut out carbs entiery. Eat only small amounts of vegetables every day and max one fruit per day. You should instead heavily increase your intake of fats, especially animal fats. Start eating lots of bacon, eggs, cream & cheese. Especially egg yolks and bacon fat is great. But be shure go eat other meats aswell especially fatty fish since omega-3 fatty acids are extremely imoportant in the development of a babys brain. Ofcoure the essential omega-6 fatty acids are important aswell but easier to come by. Belive me, fat is the best fuel for human bodies!
