Maryalicia - how about home made soup from home made bone stock. That way you would have good nourishing broth that you can use as a base for pureed veggies to make veg soup. Will need good bones from the butcher - ham bone makes a tasty base as well for soup.

All you veggies will act as thickening and, you could buy frozen veggies, which are picked fresh and quick frozen! Then use as needed.

Cottage cheese is good and nourishing. Have you thought of Quinola? Delicious - could use in your soups as well.

Know how horrible this is, went through a week of jaw problems right after C'mas...not much fun
