If you're wondering about Ben's response below, I have actually broken a leg during the run of a show (hit by a car on my way home from the theatre in December 2000, about 8 months pre-dx and finding this place) and a foot during rehearsal of another show about 5 years later (spring 2006ish, stood up from the couch - foot was dead - the rest is not for the squeemish
- my foot was still wrapped and I used a cane offstage during the run of the show, which included the now infamous flying leap onto a bed).
My career has been riddled with stupid injuries.
