Hi I've been smoking it for years but I have been smoking it for so long that I don't think it helps with pain anymore. These days I just smoke a joint before I go to bed as I don't want to go about wasted and it's not good for my mental wellbeing. It definately helps me to get to sleep otherwise I'd be awake for a good few hours so I'd recommend it for that if you have problems sleeping. Morv:)
