I try to do a lymphatic massage each week- it is costly, but it seems to make me feel better. I do not seem to be able to tolerate normal massage pressure on my back right now, so it seems like a good alternative. I went to two different people- and enjoyed one far more than the other- but they are both probably effective. Jeanne also swears by them. The woman who works on me also suggested bathing in calendula flowers to increase lymph movement. That also maked me feel better.
