for me, the grains are terrible for my blood sugar and thus my blood lipids and thus my heart. intestinally speaking, have always needed tons and tons of fiber, even as a child, to keep everything moving well. and for most people, that fiber can be in the form of whole grains, but for me, its always had to be in the form of veggies, especially beans, and fruits. did mention those things were good too, but no, i think this (blood type) diet just doesn't seem right to me, IMHO.
