Interesting about the Omega 3 that has had a noticable effect on you.
The stretching and breathing program sounds fantastic! I am addressing my stretching regime but breathing is so beneficial too - especially as I get quite stressed sometimes! I like Yoga a lot and need to try and find a good class (hopefully not one that will chuck me out if I can't keep up though... did you read that post?)
I am into gadgets too - but one piece of advice - DO NOT go anywhere near a mandolin (one of those veggie choppers) I sliced some of my thumb off a couple of weeks ago - trying to make a NSD "lazagne" layered with sliced veg instead of pasta.. ended up layering it with my body parts!!!!!! They are lethal!!
As for your last comment - if your washing machine is working, I would say change your underwear!!
