Hi Jake, I had to take Iso for 9 months and although I had hopes that it would help I had a terrible time being off enbrel for 9 months. I also tried fasting and NSD during that time. I am unclear from your post as to whether you're still taking enbrel while on Iso? By around month 6, I was begging the dr to allow me to go back on enbrel but he wouldn't budge. On my last appt at 9 months he asked when I was going to take the first enbrel shot--he laughed when I said "as soon as I get home
