and that reminds me, if you have that cane and it really is helping you, i bought the following book. for me, not so much to learn how to press out the points to break up the tissue, but rather to learn where they were and how they referred pain to 1) understand the process better and 2) know where to ultrasound and where to inject those little buggers.
