has anything been helping them? steroid creme, etc, i just can't remember?
also can't remember if you said they itched? more painful than itchy?
hope you do get in to see the derm. soon, but if not, i think you have some good photos there. hopefully they'll take this seriously, and more importantly be able to determine the cause and even more importantly how to treat it.
