Hi Jeff
I have just been through 2 weeks of pain like yours which caused the soles of my feet to spasm up..or curl if you like and every time I stood up I would go through pain trying to flatten them to walk on. It started 10 days before my remicade was due so I put up with it...sort of...upped the tramadol...and I waited a week after the iv for improvement that never happened. In the end I couldn't walk hardly at all and took 50mg of pred for 7 days. Thats what my rheumy recommends for a flare like that. Day 2 of pred slightly better...each day after that better still.
Your not alone...just another AS nasty symptom!
