Glad you are thinking of the water therapy, and should be able to get into it on a scholarship. I go to our local swimming pool in a private session with other people with health problems once a week and it is great. I mostly just use the time to float around and do some good stretches and things like arm circles. I've noticed the last two times when I have gone in with really bad elbow pain it has almost totally relieved it. I also do some modified lane swimming - never full on crawl or backstroke, but I do manage breaststroke, and lying on my back propelling myself by small kicking and fluttering my arms by my side rather than full backstroke.
