Micki - 40 IOP is high. Agree with Taberge, what is causing the high IOP. Could it be stress Please do get thee to a glaucoma specialist - need to see someone who has the full equipment. A Heidelberg, need to check the retina for damage. IF no damage, then, breath a sigh of relief. But, a high IOP 'can' lead to glaucoma, and there are drugs other than Diamox.
