My favorite multivitamin (so far) is called "Alive", by "Nature's Way". I'm into the 'whole food' types of multivitamins. I've actually started to feel better (less drained) after taking them. I prefer their Vcaps (vegetable capsules) version more. *Alive may contain starch*

There are other brands of whole food multivitamins out there though, and maybe they are even better, but I've only tried that one (so far).

I also like to take extra Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Calcium and sometimes Strontium to help deal with AS damage and Osteoporosis. Potassium is something else I add to the combo too, but it's there to help my arrhythmia and dehydration.

HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.
