Sorry your suffering so much mate it will get better I promise you I went through what your going through now with just pain killers nothing else. Couldnt take Anti inflams because stomach was knackered and Enbrel and Humira were not available then.
As you get more fused the pain changes and although still bad it seems easier to handle. Stay strong mate.
