I bought some soy nuggets from an Indian grocery store and interestingly enough they did not turn black....! The ingredients are Defated soy flour....! I do not think I had any issues but i only had it couple of times. Any other consumers of Soy Nuggets? This would be very helpful for the people living in Indian subcontinent as you can find these (SOY Vada) in abundance in these areas and thankfully unlike meat they dont need refrigeration.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
