I wouldn't do it, just think of it as poison to you. Remember your worst days and think to yourself- Do I want to feel that pain again? I have never stuck to the nsd this long and for once I am feeling the benefits, although I have a ways to go because I have to wean off of prednisone, which always hurts my muscles, but I'm on th eright track.
I don't want you to go thorough a flare up. Think of it this way--- you have been running a race, do you want to fall and stop and have to start all over again, or do you want to keep running and look back at all the progress you made.You can do it!!!!
I cannot cheat the least at this point, I don't know if you are like me, but a cupcake gives me great pain.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
