It seems to be basically the same. But I did have to have tried a certain number of meds and be on them for a certain period of time which I was. I already had a chest xray in Nov and I have the TB test scheduled for Tuesday. My Rheumy said that the medical plan that I have usually covers 80% but that the company that looks after the remicade will cover the remaining so any cost should be nil. I am with you I could never afford the treatment if it is not covered. I will let you know if I get approved .
