i'll keep your list in mind. most of it does make sense, even the hot food. but i never cared for it. but you are correct, i never noticed a problem with it.
but for me can't do the dairy, not even yogurt. not cow milk at least due to the casein. i had actually bought goat milk yogurt and was gonna try that. but when i'm like this, no new experiments.
For me its mostly the fiber: no skins, no seeds, nothing like that. only a few veggies i can eat, as described above. Too, only a few fruits. But at least fruit juice is an option. i don't normally drink it due to all the sugar (fruit sugar / fructose) but rather normally its fruit. right now its pear nectar.
Everything well cooked. and mushy as you said. soups are the way to go.
with that said, time to eat my chicken.
right now i think my new concern is that my stomach is starting to bother me.....
maybe i just need to be eating more?
