Two random thoughts:

1. I think i finally figured out the best way to hide the psyllium: mixed quickly and drank quickly in hot chicken broth. Hardly noticed it at all that way. its fine in apple sauce too, but then i'm getting too much sugar sometimes. same with fruit juice, i can't drink that much sugar. and i can feel it in water and even herbal tea. But chicken broth works well.

2. Mucus! Boy there is a lot of mucus! Where is it all coming from? and why? I should have asked the doctor yesterday, but i think i've asked him before and not sure i got a good answer.
