Thanks for the heads up on cinnamon. I didn't think it was okay, but the last list I looked at said it was. I used allspice in my pumpkin, just because that's what I used to use when cinnamon was giving me headaches, but I don't know how that is rated yet. Information on some of the less popular spices is hard to find.
I tried to join the group a couple of days ago but haven't heard back from the list owner yet.
I looked for homeopathic oxalic acid at Whole Foods today, but they don't carry it. I'll have to see if I can find it online. Some of the symptoms that it's for are symptoms that I've had since way back when.
I found a site of someone who used the low_oxalate diet list to formulate a list. Unfortunately, allspice and arrowroot are both high. I ate about 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin pudding before putting it in the oven and almost immediately got a pretty bad cramp that extends from where I imagine my left kidney would be down to somewhere in the abdominal region. Now it's spreading across my abdomen. Also, I started coughing again, which I've been doing almost all the time after eating the past couple of days. I just hate when I have to waste food, not to mention that I haven't had enough calories today.
Wow, coconut milk, too????
The list is so long! What to eat, what to eat?
Good news, I didn't get an email from low_oxalate forum, but I am in!
