I am curious to know if your taking an anti-depressent now ? My brother was put on Effexor for depression after my mom was dx with Alzeimers and he was her main care giver. Anyway he develped terrible sinus, and had a tooth removed because he had so much tooth pain. I turned out to be the antidepressent. He suffered severly with sinus infections, until he stopped the antidepressents because he didn't need them anymore and the problems all disappeared. If you look up the side effect profile of most antidepressents, alot of your symptoms could be related to them.
I also want to say that anxiety causes everything to be exagerated. I speak from my own experience. Are you getting the anxiety under control. I was getting so agoraphobic from the anxiety, but it is much better. I was put on Atenolol to slow my heart rate down a( caused by anxitey btw) . The bonus is my anxiety has improoved greatly and many other problems I had just disappeared.
