Just to be clear, I thought your story would make an interesting "House " episode. I meant that you need someone like Dr. House to figure out what is wrong with you. I don't think its in your head or you are making any of it up,I believe you . When you watch House they use that dryerase board to write down the symptoms and clues to what is wrong with the patient.
I did not respond well to long term antibiotuics for my RA,I did much worse. I tried them for a year, it was the worst ever. So glad I decided to stop them and try the diet. You might want to try this for seven days, just eat fruits and vegetables for seven days, if yu have pain, I bet you will notice on day 4 or 5 that the pain has dimished. I am weaning off my meds becasue this diet works so well. I add in meat once or twice a week. I think it cleanses the gut and the gut has alot ot do with atuoimmune diseases. Its only seven days and it might help, and if it doesn't you havet lost anything
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
