If you want help with the constipation, buy some all natural sauerkraut at the grocery store. Up in Appleton, I could find it easily when staying with mom... typically have to look in the small Healthy/Organic aisle. Found it easily both at Copps and Festival.
Unsure if they have those grocers in Fond du Lac... but I assume some down your way also have the smaller organic/healthy food asile.
Make sure only has Cabbage, Water and salt... after you open need to put in fridge.
This is a life saver for my prior constipation issues. I ate a fork/spoonful every other day.
