Thanks for all of the warnings. You probably got me out of having to make more pies! Ran out of lard and it is not butchering time yet. Those wild pigs are not nearly as fat and not as much lard to be rendered. What is makes pretty good pork rinds though. Have to wait until Bubba gets a hankering for some more bacon.
