Hi everyone, so I have tried going as starch free as possible and I still have a little bit of back pain here and there, I suspect it was the coffee. But anyway, that aside, my main issue is that no matter how much water I drink and vegetables that I eat while going NSD/LSD I still experience severe constipation.

Some days it feels like I'm pushing out a rock, if I'm lucky that is. I eat plenty of brocolli, red cabbage, but I also eat quite a bit of meat and eggs, about equal portions of both.

I've fallen off the bandwagon since a few days ago and ate stuff I shouldn't have eaten (starchy foods), and bought a bunch of metamucil tablets. And yes, I finally broke my constipation streak.

Now my question is: Is this constipation normal when doing the NSD, like a period that the body needs to adjust? Is it possible that I may be eating too much meat?
