I am super duper dependent on probiotics. With them, I am golden- the easiest digestion of my life. It took me quite some time to figure out which ones were safe for me, but after 4 years on the diet, here are my safe ones:

1. homemade goats yogurt- I use yogoumert starter and ferment it for 48+ hours to get all the lactose out. I react terribly to cows milk in all its forms

I have tried a dozen other products and either I react to them or they turn dark with the iodine. I also make my own water kefir/coconut kefir and fermented swiss chard (with whey) on occasion.


Also, avocado does wonders for me in terms of clearing everything out. I always buy organic avocadoes that are still hard. I have read that some supermarkets spray chemicals on avocados to make them ripen faster- that is my guess as to why some nsders react to avocado.
