Our speaker is Eleni Tsikrikas, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and PanchaKarma Specialist. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear about additional approaches to health and healing. Let me know if you wish to join us. It's always a pleasure to meet others in person.
If that's not enough, I will provide a free yoga lesson after the meeting to the first person that requests it.
