Typical day now...
Morning - mate cocido
Lunch - around 1pm>
- salad with all kinds of greens... normally arugula, red pepper, tomato, red/white cabbage... sometimes carrot, lettuce, radish, bean sprouts, alfalfa or other veggies. Olive oil for dressing.. sometimes vinegar. Also like olives... green or black at times.
- some kind of grilled meat... chicken, pork, beef, fish
About 5pm a snack... walnuts with raisons, grapes, apple or organic yogurt
Super - around 9/10pm - same as lunch but different meat.
I eat a lot of salads.
In Argentina food is less processed, I can go to local Super Market or vegetable stand across the street and buy fresh food much easier. In States I had bit more variety with meat as also had turkey often and lamb sometimes.... in Argentina beef is large part of their culture.
Every Thursday now for 9+ months only eat apples during day and olive oil in the evening to help repair GI. Friday morning typically have a salad with scrambled eggs.
