If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Correction: I said I took primrose oil -- actually it was flaxseed oil. About 2 tablespoons of it mixed in yoghurt. Also I had a very low protein dinner that night, no animal meat, just some puff tofu in the curry.
I took the Lufenuron last night but the proctitis returned anyway. Maybe it was the Konyaku or the EFAs then (or maybe Lufenuron lost effectiveness / wasn't fully absorbed).
Proctitis seems to get worse in the middle of the night. I read that our mucosal pH becomes more acidic in the middle of the night, and so that fits with the bicarb drink thing which I do in the middle of the night to clear it.
(hope I'm not spamming you guys by continually updating my observations)
what I can eat on the diet (click here) -- my blog -- contact me (PM is broken) "Some men, in truth, live that they may eat, as the irrational creatures, 'whose life is their belly, and nothing else.' But the Instructor enjoins us to eat that we may live." -- Clement of Alexandria (about 200 AD)
