Hi Nonnie- Sorry to hear about your polyp and your issue with anemia. My Gastro encouraged me to go on a biologic because I have stomach ulcers that are contributing to my anemia. I had an iron infusion which bumped up my iron storage and stopped NSAIDs and Methotrexate. I still have an issue with anemia but I just put up with it. I would much rather deal with anemia than severe pain. Hope this helps.
