We recently posted (second from the top in this forum) a "Quick Start" program to get new folks started on NSD. It's second from the top on this forum. Click on that, read through, you should be able to start half an hour later. Post any questions for us if there's anything we can help you with.

Good luck -- and it WORKS!

Patty

P.S. And after you get started, we've got some great NSD recipes for you to try, so you don't feel deprived!

Hi May,

Jump on board the NSD train.

It really works for me as well, check out the post Patty mentioned. But you can keep coming back and posting questions. I am approaching a year with No Starch in late March.

I started very strict and very limited number of foods just to see if I could get to a point of no pain.... which I did in 4-5 days. After this I began introducing more foods and if not stiffness resulted I kept it within my diet.

Take care,

Tim
