If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi everyone, I am on my first week of NSD. It seems working for the first three days but starting on the forth day, I am gaining pain and stiffiness again. Is that normal? How long does it take to see improvement?

Hi May,
As Jasmine stated, it varies. For me, I clear up in 4-5 days after starch (without any assistance from drugs). But I do gradually get better day by day.
Maybe some hidden starch made it into your diet? That is what happens with me at times.... before I realize I ate something I shouldn't have I will feel some minor stiffness (I usually feel it 2-3 hours after eating).
Hope this helps some,
Tim

Hello May, it seems for some that the effect is noticeable initially and then the hard bit starts - AS and starch can mask sensitivities we develop (via our leaky gut) to other food items. Finding those is a step-by-step process but you end up healthier and happier. Happy hunting, it's your learning project... So like Tim i suggest search labels for hidden starch and maybe stay off some of the pureed/sauce type foods as they have worse effects the smaller the particle size. A wheat flour thickened sauce is FAR WORSE than a slice of toast. Ted proAS_KickAS

I totally agree with you. From now on, I will list everything I eat and find out the possibility of hidden starch food. Thanks for your suggestion,
