Good article! We definitely need more awareness of A.S. It took several doctors over a period of almost 20 years before I was diagnosed with A.S. We are fighting not only the disease of Ankylosing Spondylitis but an uninformed public as well as an uninformed medical community. Keep up the good work.

Great article Tony. Most people do not understand the pain that comes with AS. Fused or not there can be a lot of pain associated with the disease. I especially liked the little excercise portion. I am doing most of these anyways. Good to have it reinforced that I am doing the correct ones.
