How do you guys look at subj. from the NSD point of view? I did a search on forum but found very few posts mentioning these products and nobody really said 'no' or 'yes'.

Thanks!

Are you lifting weights? Bodybuilding? I have been lifting a lot the last few months, it really is helping me. I have to watch my form really close though. As far as the protien, I assume you are refering to supplements.
I used soy protien before I did the LSD/NSD so I cant really tell you anything about that. I have been using whey protien for a few weeks with no reaction, but I dont seem to have any problem with dairy products. The thing I like about whey is its sweet taste, it satisfies the late night carb crave. I even add it to plain yogurt and blend with fruit for an awsome high protien smoothie.
