If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I had done a post enquiring on how everyone’s blood pressure was. I want to thank those who had the time to respond. I myself have had low blood pressure as long as I could remember and certainly ever since being diagnosed with AS back in 1985. I didn’t know if this was an individual problem or if there were other AS’ers with low blood pressure. It seems that I am not the only one. This has turned my attention to a new train of thought on weather I am receiving enough iodide (sodium) in my diet. Thanks again to all those who had the time to respond.

Hello I don't worry about weather or not I am getting enough sodium. I figure it is better to have a low sodium diet than a high one. Of course I could be wrong Take care Valerie

Hi Martin,
My blood pressure has always been fine. (At least to this point anyway.) It is interesting to hear how AS has affected so many people differently. I guess there is never a dull moment around here!
