If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thank you all for the responses. I am doing better right now, which is great. Having had PA for 12 years, most of your suggestions relate to it also. I am currently on MTX, Enbrel as a combo. It has worked pretty well for me for over a year now, even though I have had occasional big flare-ups like this week-end. But generally I do well. On my PA list we are having a big discussion right now about climate, and what parts of the world people live in and how it affects their disease. Most seem of the opinion that warmer and drier is better. Interesting. Thanks again, all, Mary D

Hello Mary, and welcome to KA!! I'm so glad that you've found us, if only because we'll help keep your brain occupied while you're laid up. Hugs, Kat

Hello and wlecome to KickAS. Sorry to read that you are laid up currently. I missed the heat vs. ice discussion but don't really like using ice for much anything. Moist heat works best for me. Mainly I was just curios about the image of a martial arts mininster. I also saw that you like horseback riding so forgive my confused and confusing mind but I have this image of you as a horse riding (maybe Ninja garb for the horse) martial arts minister on your crusade to help folks despite ole AS haunting your efforts. Welcome to KickAS.     stevec-they also serve who stand and wait

Steve Thanks for the encouraging and humorous post. I try to stay active-and don't want to give up my hobbies. Martial arts helps you mentally and emotionally as well as physically-and I need it to relieve stress. Horses and dogs are comforting, even though they sometimes add to the stress because they cost money to take care of, and they sometimes don't always behave so well, but neither do I for that matter. LOL MaryD
