Hi Bilko and Paula,

i was somewhat surprised too i have to say about my state of constipation when i snack on dried prunes and apricots, nuts and fruit all day, and always have lots of fresh veggies...i think i just reacted to the sudden change, so yes Bilko, i will defintely be taking it more gradually this time (such simple advice, so effective - thanks!) and i'm stocking up on aloe vera juice among other digestive helping things too.

Just a quick post to thank everyone for their support and to let you know that it is amazing-when I stick to this plan, even for a day, I can see a decrease in pain and stiffness.

Have a meeting tonight where they have food and have just made up my mind I won't eat there. Nothing can taste as good as being pain free feels!
