ill make a deal with you and those concerned - you keep the winter and the snow (i still havent seen snow) and ill keep the summer, beaches and all the bad things associated with all that annoying heat deal ..?

thanks for the kind words.. ive had 3 injections now, and although its probably all in my head I actually feel a little better! our system here allows me 6 weeks of guinea pig activity and then i get re-assessed for ongoing use so so far so good - funny my GP did my first injection because he wanted to - hes into pain and stuff - and ive done the others and HIS injection was the only one that bruised .!!! mine are absolutely fine .. you actually have to look to find the marks from mine. so he doesnt get another shot (pun intended).
