I got my first shipment of enbrel with out any trouble so far...I fully expect some but it won't be this month! I can't do the injection until next week cuz the doc says i have to be OFF antibiotics and clear of a urinary tract infection  so next week it is...the important thing is that its in my hot little hands and now in my cold little fridge! Just as an aside...those of you that believe in prayers or sending positive vibes my way...please do. I was sickened to the pit of my stomach today when i heard people at work whispering that there was a big meeting today. I'm hearing fears being expressed that maybe they sold the hospital or went bankrupt. AAAAHHHHHH! i wish this stuff would go away! anyway, I'm very nervous and trying not to be fearful...just believe that i am taken care of. It won't be easy for me to get another job and make the money I need to make...I've been at the hospital a long time but kind of crossed over in job description. so, I'm not certified in anything anymore but i have sooooo much training! In CA, they want the piece of paper that says you can do anything. So, little prayers are welcomed! But the good news is that i have my enbrel again!!!! thank heavens!  Amy

amy, aloha that's great news...glad you got the goo in your hot little hands...cold fridge. good luck with the job thing...when 'they have rumors and announce a meeting' that's not bankruptcy; it's a new 401k program...when a company goes bankrupt, there are no rumors- it just happens in secret. atb keep shootin'...next week aB

thanks guys! Yes Tim I'll keep you in my prayers too. this job stuff can be so scary...catastrophic thinking just seems natural at these times but just like what was said, sometimes the old things have to make way for the new. that takes some faith and some poise. gotta wait for the opportunity and knab it when it shows itself. I believe that. so for right now...i am so looking forward to my enbrel again. gotta get thru the antibiotics I'm on and then tuesday is the day. Incidentally, the "meeting" was about the fact that the woman who has been the ceo of our hospitals in this area....resigned. oh well, hold on tight! here we goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Ames
