If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey gang Who ever said you can't teach a new old dog a new trick was right. Thanks to Mig and all her patients with me, computer idiot, I have finally gotten these exercises on the post for everyone, hopefully. I have seen such a need for this the last couple months, I have compiled the most important stretches from my files at work, for the neck, shoulders and back for all AS'ers. If you have any questions concerning this please feel free to post or PM me. This is a trial run so if they don't appear on the post I will make sure it's there on the next. Poor Mig. I don't think she's had to deal with this much stupidity Cindy

Ah presto! High fives and pats on the back for getting it to work and on your 1st try no less. A quick study and a clever lady you are, I think!
And many thanks Cindy for going to the trouble of making these available to us all.
Hugs,
mig

Gidday Cindy,WOW,Thank -you for going to so much time to get these exercises here for us all I know now that i have these ,that I have some serious work ahead of me but it will be worth it if they will help strengthen my back ,neck and shoulders . and also my posture which is really bothering me especially when people keep asking me 'if I have a sore back?OR hows your back going ' .Its because of the way I feel I am rounding and its now noticeable to others as well as friends.I AM GOING TO START THESE TODAY ,You have made me feel positive about this and I now will stop procrastinating and being half- hearted about my attempts and get into these exercises you posted. HEY, Dont feel like you are the only dumb computer illiterate one out there Iam only a one or 2 finger typer and wouldn,t have the slightest clue how you could have put those exercises into a post, also Its one reason as well I haven,t posted a picture either as I am saving that for a rainy day.....So thanks to MIG for her help with this as well . Hope you have a great day and that your docs appt. went better than they have been lately...take care jude2

If I help one person with these stretches, it was worth every bit of exposing myself as the computer idiot I am. Mig deserves a medal. Cindy

Cindy,
considering the pain that I have been in during this week, these exercises are great. I will be passing them to Margaret next week.

Thanks Cindy and Mig for your hard work getting this info to us. I've been to the physical therapist here and they didn't give my any for my neck(which I have a lot of trouble with). Their main concern was with my back. Thanks again Wanda

Glad to help Wanda, Remember as with any exercise to start slow. All stretches should be done slowly only to the point of stretch not pain. When doing any of the neck stretched always stop at neutral, or center position before going the other way. Good luck Cindy

Hey Jude, Good luck with these. I hope they help. These are not an instantanious cure and will take a week or two to become accustomed to the stretches. You may experience some muscle soreness for a few days but that is normal till you body adjusts to things it hasn't done for a while. Make sure these are done slowly and only to the point of stretch not pain. I will search options in a couple weeks for postual improvement and core stability, but for now this is where everyone should start. I have done these stretches every day for the last 12 years or so. Good luck Cindy
