If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Maggie,
I hope you recent flare has subsided. Remember, no matter how busy we get, stretches need to be at the forefront of everyday. You said you are having spasms in your chest area, are you doing you deep breathing everyday?
By the way, I posted some simple core stabilization exercises today. Check them out, give them a try.

Cindy - Tried to print these off...making a pig's ear of it. Help. Also tried a 'save as' but could not get them onto a page...sigh. What the heck am I doing wrong? (Am puter illiterate!) Any help - thanks. Exercises are Brilliant  Molly (UK)

These are all great streaches and I have used for years but confess I don't do them as I should. If I could add to this subject I have found an item that probablly has been discussed here before that really has helped me in the streaching department than anything I have tried is a streach table called "HangUps". It has been advertized on TV and while the price I paid was around $300 it was well worth every penny. I believe the website is www.teeterhangups.com . Hope this helped. PM. <><

I'm so glad these were bumped up. It's so important that all of us do these stretches. Remember if it hurts, don't do it. and ease into some of these. I will try to get the aquatic exercises on here soon. We are finally done moving and I found some of my aquatic stuff but now I can't get my printer'scanner to work. I'll get it on as soon as I can.

Glad you found these and there will be more to come. Haven't heard of the "hangup" but I will check it out.
