I am on the LSD & the inflamation in my ankles is still quite quiet. If I had to guess, overall I'd say i feel about 30% better.

It seems like Avocados make me feel real good! Does that make sence or is that just because I love them?

My main question is that I find when I eat anything of real substance/a regular amount of food, I end up feeling VERY fatigued & get those wonderful flu-like symptoms. This is nothing new However, I thought that it would subside when I cut down on the starch & dairy-although the pain has. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I hate feeling like this & I don't eat enough because of it. Basically, for eating not to affect me I have to just constantly snack.

Any help would be appreciated.

Peace, Tam

I also have citrobacter (another bacterial issue in the gut) as well as the klebsiella. This strain likes sugars also and causes fatigue if I eat any.

Thanks for your reply Phil.

How did you find out you have that? Did you just hve GP test you or what?

Does this problem include naturally occuring sugars or just processed?

There is a test called a CDSA, it is a stool test by specialist labs. The results will show any parasites, bacterial or yeast isues. So things like klebsiella should come up and poss candida etc. Candida may also cause fatigue from sugars etc. If you do that one other thing you may be interested in doing is a hair mineral test to check for heavy metals. I have been searching for a reason why I developed this issue because in my mind if one minute you are ok and the next you get this there is always a reason. The best place to start reading about this is prob http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/. People who have chelated are pretty much the only people I have come across who have permanently killed of bacterial overgrowths like klebsiella which is a common one. I personally have also made very good progress

Thanks alot Phil. I have to find out more about getting tested for all these things. The LSD has helped me but I am still having very serious issues.

The link is very informative. I'm with you. I know something triggered the problem & I'd like to know what it is. Boy, isn't that the million dollar question there?LOL
