If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Nice to see someone else from the Pacific NW! I grew up in Oregon on the coast in Bandon, moved to Coos Bay, now I crossed the border into Washington. There are a few people close to Portland area here. I hope you find good information and good friends here.

Hi Kevin, Welcome to Kickas.org. I haven't tried the scd yet, so I don't know how it would compare to NSD/LSD. I hope you enjoy the forum, there is alot of information here, and friendly people too.
Take care, James.
HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

Hey Kevin, I can't believe you actually have been to Bandon. I noticed your icon is our school mascot in Bandon, the tiger.

How cool is that ? I love tigers. I studied Shoalin Kung Fu for awhlie - my favorite style within the system was of course - the tiger style of fighting. Bandon is beautiful..my wife and I enjoy it as our get away spot. Where do you like to go ?

I would have to say the Inn at Face Rock is nice to stay at. The rooms are really nice with fireplaces and good views of the ocean. The house that I grew up in was sold years ago and I miss it. It had a view of the ocean and the lighthouse. When I go to the coast, I like to stop by Shore Acres on the way to Bandon. The next time you go there, you really should see it. Here is a link Shore Acres Huge waves crashing against the beautiful cliffs, a formal botanical garden and private beach with caves. I have never seen anything else that can compare. You should also check out Cranberry Sweets.
