If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Baker, generally, I'm with the others on the types of supplements to take. However, I'm with Ben and Tim when it comes to immune boosters. As my naturopath described it, our immune systems are already working overtime. The last thing we need is to boost them. That said, if there were some way to equalize them, bring them into normal functioning range ... well, that would be the best!
Hugs,
Kat

Hi, Baker:
If you are working to eliminate starch from your diet and also reliance upon NSAIDs, it is very good to begin taking vitC, vitE, lysine, and niacin plus niacinamide. EFAs at >11g total daily, some of this can be EVOliveOil, but especially take GLAs (evening primrose, borage seed, and or black currant oils), along with vitE, salmon or cod liver oil, and flaxseed oil immediately before retiring.
Calcium and magnesium. Boron, zinc, and copper. Chelated are very good.
Bcomplex.
Enteric-coated oregano oil capsules immediately after or during meals.
2oz Brown Cow or Stonyfield Farms yoghurt twice daily late morning and early afternoon.
Enzymes from sprouts, along with a daily green salad afternoons.
Taking a multivitamin cannot do very much good, but it is better to take minerals on an empty stomach, and vits with meals, generally.
Regards, John
