Hi Flip,
Not sure that would work since we all have different tastes and also there are some fringe foods that some can eat and others may not.
Here is a sample of what I eat and I will note what I think are most common fringe foods:
Breakfast:
Always one protein
- Turkey patty burger (bought from store)
- Chicken patty burger (bought from store)
- 2 eggs
or
- Yogurt (Stoneyfield Farms in states, make my own in Argentina) ** Fringe food - some can not tolerate dairy. Also, I always add some frozen fruit... blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries
Always steam one type of veggy
- Brocoli
- Asparagus ** Fringe food - Some can not tolerate foods with FOS (acronym for long word

This is a food source for bacteria... cheap probiotics are made with FOS so bacteria grow)
- Zuccini
- Green cabbage
At times now eat sauerkraut and noticed I was doing extremely well with this. But I have to make my own... store bought is no good at all since contains vinegar typically. Home made has all kinds of good bacteria if made right.
Lunch/dinner - Currently living in Argentina, lunch is the biggest meal of the day, in states dinner was bigger meal.
Will discuss states...
Lunch:
- Leftovers from dinner the night before
- Salad (any number of veggies) Lettuce, carrots, radishes, spinach, kale, celery, green olives, red cabbage, red peppers, green peppers, alfalfa, beets, tomatos. I almost always use extra virgin olive oil but some times use salsa as well (Pace Picanti was OK by me in states). On top of salad with tuna, salmon or grilled chicken.
or
- Sometimes had to go out with coworkers for celebration. Going out, always choose a grilled entre of some sort (chicken, fish, beef) with salad if possible or grilled veggies.
Snacks:
- Nuts and raisons favorite. In states mixed raisons with dried cranberries (Ocean Spray or Craisons) and walnuts.
- Other nuts: Almonds ** fringe food for some, brazil nuts, pepitas. Pistachios ** also fringe food... I only started eating after 4 yrs on diet.. before I could not.
- Fruit - apple, pear, pineapple cut up, grapes, cherries, melon (water, honeydew, cantalope) cut up, strawberries, blueberries (I stay away from citrus other than occasional grapefruit... not much a fan of oranges).
- Veggies cut up - Carrot sticks, celery sticks, radishes
- Chocolate - ** Fringe food and need to watch ensure natural
- Ice cream ** Fringe food, most can not eat dairy.... me only last year and only couple times a week.
If you eat a little of one fringe food, then probably can not eat others. But I believe as you heal the GI tract more and more, the more you are able to eat.
Dinner:
To hard... some many things I eat now. And with my wifes family, several are extremely good cooks and make some dinners that are to die for. I need to get some of their recipes up here.
Eat beef, chicken, turkey, pork (I limit pork out of personal preference), fish. Either grill, bake or pan fry (never deep fry). Always add in some sort of veggy (grilled, raw or steamed) or salad.
For me personally.... I love steamed veggies. I do OK with them and like putting olive oil and a little salt on them (always sea salt).
