If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

just make sure you follow the directions and take the psyllium with at least the amount of liquid that they suggest. otherwise, enjoy, and hopefully you'll get some relief.

ps as for the big C.....for some reason, i was having that problem recently....i just upped the fiber big time.....for whatever reason, i have to be getting about 40 grams a day....that is a combo of fruits, veggies, some whole grains, the psyllium, and when i really need the help....dried figs (each one contains 10% of your daily fiber assuming about 25 g is 100%)....i'll eat 2-3 figs in the evening...i'd eat fresh ones if i had then available....the fresh ones are delicious....but the dried ones will do.....
but, if you have an IBD....like crohn's....i know my stepfather has to steer clear of nuts and seeds....if he does that and takes his meds, he's in pretty good shape most of the time....james, with your UC, you probably know what you can and can't eat......
